If you need an instant hot water heater, but you do not have an electrical circuit capable of producing 240 V, then I would suggest that you look at another product by Eemax - their model SP3512. This model is similar to the model SP35, except that it operates on a 120 V, 3.5 kW, 29 amp circuit instead of a 240 V line. Like its cousin, this is an electric instant hot water heater, designed for a single-point-of-use application: a bathroom or kitchen sink, or a company restroom or break room, etc. The dimensions of this unit are 10.75" x 5.25" x 2.125".

It is worth noting that with some types of instant hot water heaters, according to the experts, you may save anywhere from 20%-40% or more on your energy costs!
